On Saturday June 1st 2019 at 2:00 PM sharp the Mayor of the city of East Orange the Hon. Ted Green will posthumously honor Colin Williams. The assemblage will take place at 68 Fair Street in East Orange where Mayor Green will proclaim Fair Street the Colin C Williams Way. Colin was a graduate of Clifford Scott High School in East Orange, a former US Marine, a member of the GWIA cricket club, an entrepreneur and a wonderful husband and father of four outstanding children. He was the consummate role model and has left an indelible footprint, one of positivity and friendliness, a path each of us should emulate. Colin we thank you for the memories. Thank you Mrs. Rosemaureen Williams for sharing your husband’s legacy with the Garden State Cricket League and the community at large. Thanks also to Mayor Green and the city council of East Orange for recognizing the contributions one of its citizens. |
